Hello! I’m Cátia Vide (b. 1990), a Portuguese illustrator and graphic designer based in Porto. I hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design from UPCA and a postgraduate qualification in illustration from FBAUP. I'm currently completing a master’s degree in Illustration, Edition, and Print (MIEI) at FBAUP.
My practice spans illustration, graphic design, and teaching. Over the years, I've collaborated with publishers, magazines, newspapers, and brands, and participated in various exhibitions. I've illustrated nine books, with editions published in Catalan, English, Italian, Polish, and Portuguese. My work has received awards and recognition, including from the 3x3 International Illustration Show, the Communication Arts Illustration Competition, Ilustração Contemporânea Portuguesa, and BIG (Guimarães Illustration Biennial).
